5. Refund Policy
5.1 Eligibility for Refund. A full refund may be requested only if access to the educational platform has not been provided within seventy-two (72) hours after payment confirmation.
5.2 Delivery of Services. Once access to the educational platform has been provided within that seventy-two (72) hour period, the service is considered delivered and no refund is available.
5.3 Application of the Policy. This refund policy applies only to participants who have completed the $2,997 USD initial enrollment amount. Payments below $2,997 USD reserve a place in the Program but do not grant mentorship access.
5.4 Incomplete Enrollment. If the participant does not complete the $2,997 USD enrollment amount, the initial partial payment is non-refundable, except where applicable law expressly requires otherwise.
5.5 Submitting a Refund Request. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to eventos@milegadoempiezahoy.com and must include the participant’s full name, program name, and date of purchase. Yo Legado LLC reserves the right to review refund requests in accordance with the terms of the program purchased.

- All trademarks, service marks, and trade names are the property of Yo Legado LLC or their respective owners.
7. Chargebacks and Dispute Communication
The participant agrees to contact Yo Legado LLC support before initiating any chargeback, payment dispute, or formal claim. Good-faith communication with the Company is required prior to any external action.
Support communications must be sent to eventos@milegadoempiezahoy.com. The Company will review and respond to properly submitted support inquiries within a period of five (5) business days.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute before completing this review process, or in violation of the refund conditions set forth in Section 5, constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate termination of Program access and pursuit of any amounts owed, together with related costs.

Judgment on the arbitrator’s award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys’ fees except as otherwise provided by the arbitrator or applicable law.
