Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refund
A full refund may be requested only if access to the educational platform has not been provided within seventy-two (72) hours after payment confirmation.
2. Delivery of Services
Once access to the educational platform has been provided within that seventy-two (72) hour period, the service is considered delivered and no refund is available.
3. Application of This Policy
This refund policy applies only to participants who have completed the $2,997 USD initial enrollment amount. Payments below $2,997 USD reserve a place in the program but do not grant mentorship access.
4. Incomplete Enrollment
If the participant does not complete the $2,997 USD enrollment amount, the initial partial payment is non-refundable, except where applicable law expressly requires otherwise.
5. Submitting a Refund Request
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to: eventos@milegadoempiezahoy.com Please include the participant's full name, program name, and date of purchase. Yo Legado LLC reserves the right to review all refund requests in accordance with the terms of the program purchased.
6. Reference
This Refund Policy corresponds to Section 5 of the Yo Legado LLC Insurance Elite Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with the full agreement.
